APOLLOPCB is committed to complying with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, preventing the use of minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or in adjoining countries ("conflict minerals").Affected suppliers to APOLLOPCB will be required to commit to being or becoming "conflict-free" (which means that such supplier does not source conflict minerals) and sourcing only from conflict-free smelters.

In order to achieve the conflict-free mine supply chain goal, APOLLOPCB will:
1.Perform due diligence;
2. Require all 3TG suppliers to issue corresponding conflict mineral policies;
3. Require all 3TG suppliers to perform due diligence, provide necessary conflict minerals related statements, and complete the EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals Report.
If we determine that the 3TG suppliers providing the materials directly or indirectly finances the Congo or its neighboring countries,APOLLOPCB will terminate the business with them within immediately.
