FR-1 Features:

FR-2 Features: Excellent resistance to leakage traces (above 600V)

2. Excellent humidity and heat resistance

5. Excellent dimensional stability
CEM-3 features: excellent machinability, punching processability
1. The electrical performance is equivalent to FR-4, the processing technology is the same as FR-4, and the drill bit wear rate is lower than FR-4
2. Multi-level resistance to trace leakage (CTI 175V, CTI300V, CTI 600V)
3. Meet the requirements of IPC-4101A
FR-4 features: halogen-free, bromine and chlorine content is less than 0.09%
1. No antimony and red phosphorus, no toxic components remain during combustion
2. The sheet material is harder than KB-6160
