1. Definition of high frequency PCB circuit board
High-frequency PCB circuit board refers to the circuit board with higher electromagnetic frequency used in the fields of high frequency (frequency higher than 300MHz or band length not higher than 1m) and microwave (frequency higher than 3GHz or wavelength not higher than 0.1m). It is a circuit board produced on a microwave-based copper-clad board using a common rigid circuit board manufacturing method or a special processing method. Generally speaking, a high-frequency board can be regarded as a circuit board with a frequency above 1GHz.
With the rapid development of science and technology, many equipment are planned in the microwave frequency band (>1GHz) or even millimeter wave (30ghz) range. It can be seen that the frequency is getting higher and higher, and the requirements for PCB board are also higher. For example, the base material needs to have excellent electrical properties and chemical stability. With the increase of the frequency of the power signal, the loss of the sheet is very small, and the importance of the high-frequency board has become increasingly prominent.
2. The applicable range of high frequency PCB circuit board
2.1 Related to lighting, communication system
2.2 Power amplifier, low noise amplifier, etc.
2.3 Passive components such as power splitters, couplers, duplexers, filters, etc.
2.4 In the fields of automobile anti-collision systems, satellite systems, and radio systems, high-frequency electronic equipment is a development trend.
